David Chambers is the Director of Drama at Christ's College, New Zealand. David turned his hobby into his work when he made the move from an economics teacher to a drama teacher at the beginning of his teaching career. In this work-happiness interview David shares some of the joys of his job including enabling and empowering students and likens his role to that of a circus ringmaster who “enables great magic and great feats.”  Enjoy!
