Lisa Tui is a singer, songwriter, music teacher and facilitator, and in this work-happiness interview she candidly discusses her heritage as a New Zealander, her strengths-based teaching methods and love of her work. Lisa believes music is so much more than technique, and talks about the relationship to 'wairua', or 'spirit', and 'te tapa wha', which in Maori means 'the whole being'.
