Todd Mason is a swim coach who loves his work. In this work-happiness interview, Todd shares some of his many successes and says “It’s a privilege to work with the people I coach.” He also says, 
“I’ve never looked at it as work…I don’t care what day it is - if it’s got swimming involved in it, it’s a great day. That’s how I work. I don’t work, it’s my passion.” Todd loves the “connection with people” and seeing his swimmers “development as people and as athletes,” and says his swim school motto is "to grow through swimming.”
